Very nice! The room was quaint. The breakfast was wonderful & the view & hospitality were amazing! Owners, Donna, Dave & daughter Lisa are so nice, knowledgeable & helpful! Would definitely recommend.
Very nice B&B, great for bikers, big breakfast, the tomato pie was incredible! Note though that it is far from the trail. You can get picked up and dropped off but there is a small fee. You can also get shuttled to and from other towns.
Stay one night while bicycling the C&O Canal and had a great time. Breakfast was outstanding. Highly recommended!
Terrific B & B. Lisa waswelcoming and accommodating, and they are really great to cyclists. They don't serve dinner, but they do have an honor system beer/soda fridge, clean, comfortable rooms, a shuttle to the C&O Towpath, and one of the most amazing breakfasts I think I've ever had-- if not the most amazing. I mean, there are Bananas Foster pancakes for dessert! I would definitely stay there again.
The bed part was nice, but the breakfast part was just phenomenal. I have never eaten a tomato and onion pie, but now that I have I fear that it might never happen again. So, so, so good.
